Wild & Scenic Eleven Point Ranch...A premier working cattle and horse ranch on a protected Ozark Mountain Scenic Riverway. A rare property that doesn't come along very often.
410.9 acres north of the river way is a rare gem deep in the Mark Twain National Forest, providing serene privacy and seclusion. An outdoorsman's paradise featuring Sportfishing, hunting, kayaking, recreational trails, and its very own private cave. Fenced and cross-fenced using an innovative underground watering system, pumping underground spring water to each pasture utilizing 23 frost-free hydrants, valves, and automatic waterers, making the perfect setup in facilitating a rotational grazing operation. An executive-style home built of stone on the hillside overlooking the riverway, providing breathtaking views. This 6900 sq. ft. home features a gourmet kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, four baths, including a master suite. A sunroom filled with natural light and a screened-in porch opens onto a wrap-around deck with an oversized three-car garage. An additional bonus includes a rock ranch hand homestead and a cabin in need of remodeling, both are grandfathered into the protective riverway easement, exempt to being remodeled or rebuilt. Barn with four 10x12 and two 15x12 stalls, tack and feed room with loft. Elevation variance of 220 ft. from a scenic bluff to the river bottom pastures. 137 acres of river bottom pasture serve primarily for hay production or rotational grazing, along with 72 acres of grazing on the bluff area. This ranch has numerous springs and an abundance of watercress along the riverway. Fishing opportunities include smallmouth bass and trout. Imagine your very own riverfront, spending time with family and friends fishing, hunting, hiking, or horseback riding along the river or on the numerous trails throughout the property. Or enjoying a nice fall evening campfire under some of the brightest night stars in the Ozarks! For buyers desiring seasonal or recreational use of the property, a local caretaker is available to maintain the property in the owner's absence. For the avid deer hunter...there are deer sign and bedding areas all around. There have been up to 190 class whitetails harvested from this property, supporting a healthy deer population with the surrounding national forest.
It is evident that the Wild & Scenic Eleven Point Ranch is certainly a rare find. Anyone can buy a unique recreational property, but only a select few outdoorsmen will ever be able to privately own something of the Eleven Point's National and Historic significance.
